IN STORE RETURNS

Shop CAC accepts returns on items purchased instore with in 14 days of with original purchase date. All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

All items must be returned unused and in the original condition. 

Shop CAC reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion. 

 

ONLINE RETURNS

Items purchased online are eligible for return if received by Shop CAC within 14 days of the original delivery date. All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

The customer is responsible for return postage. 

Shop CAC reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion, including mail returns that arrive damaged. 

To return orders by mail, please send an email to cac-store@cincycac.org and a member of our team will contact you with approval and instructions before shipping. 

If items were damaged in transit, please email us at cac-store@cincycac.org within 3 days of the original date and attach a photo of the damage. A member of our team will contact you regarding the possibility of a refund or replacement.
