HOW DOES MY PURCHASE SUPPORT CAC?
100% of the proceeds from your purchase goes back to the Contemporary Arts Center to support programs and exhibits.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY SHOP CAC MEMBER PROFILE?
As a CAC Member, your Shop CAC profile ensures that your discount for admission as well as Shop CAC is applied automatically when you log in to your account! Your account is registered under the email address attached to your CAC membership. When you first log-in to your profile our system will send you an email with a verification code.
On a desktop: Simply log-in to your profile by clicking the account icon in the upper right hand corner next to the cart icon.
On mobile devices: Log-in to your account by opening the menu (the three lines in the upper left hand corner) and selecting "Account" at the bottom of the menu.

HOW LONG IS MY PRE-PURCHASED CAC ADMISSION TICKET VALID?
Full priced tickets: Your tickets are not date locked and remain valid until redemption! Present your emailed tickets to a Visitor Experience Associate at the Front Desk to redeem your pre-purchased tickets.
Discounted tickets: Your tickets may only be valid for a certain period of time. Currently tickets purchased during our half-off admissions special are only valid through Friday, February 20, 2026. Any tickets not redeemed by this date may become invalid or subject to additional costs.
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
Digital gift cards are redeemable in-store and online at www.shopcincycac.org
Shop and proceed to checkout as usual, on the payment page enter your gift card information. If the value of your gift card does not cover the full cost, a credit card may be used to cover the difference.
CAC gift cards are good for Shop CAC as well as general admission and weekly programming ticketing. Cannot be used to purchase a membership or special event ticketing.
I PURCHASED A FINE ART PRINT, WHY WASN'T SHIPPING INCLUDED?
After you place your order for a fine art print, a member of our Development team will reach out to you to coordinate shipping or pick-up. Artworks are not shipped through USPS and insurance may be recommended or required.
HOW CAN I SELL MY WORK IN THE SHOP CAC?
If you are interested in wholesaling with the Shop CAC, please send an email with your line sheet to cac-store@cincycac.org. Our Shop Buyer will get back to you if we would like to move forward with an order.
